Dun
Laoghaire ( pronounced Dun Leary ) is the main leisure and yacht
port serving Dublin and the surrounding area. Set on the Southside
of Dublin Bay, within 8 miles of the City Centre and adjacent
to suburban rail services. DunLaoghaire is an ideal stop over
for boats making passage. 24 hour operation with security card
access.
Opened in April 2001 the marina caters for boats up to 40 metres.
450+ berths with shore power and potable water available all
berths. Showers, changing rooms - including full facilities
for disabled Laundry facilities available. Unleaded Petrol,
Diesel, Butane gas replacement cylinder, sewerage holding tank
servicing, facilities are also available.
There are four Yacht Clubs within the harbour all of whom welcome
the visiting Yachtsman.
