The
Marina
at Kilmore Quay, Co Wexford is now firmly established as a regular
port of call on on Ireland's SE Coast. It's location is ideal
as a staging post for visitors from Scandinavia, Northern Ireland,
Britain and particularly Wales. It is also particularly suited
to Irish yachtsmen from both East and South coasts during the
cruising season. Entrance to Kilmore Quay must be treated with
caution due to offshore hazards, however the entrance is well
marked and recent harbour works provide a 55 berth pontoon and
safe deep water berthage. Best information is available in current
edition of Macmillan's Nautical almanac. Harbour Master in Kilmore
Quay is Eddie Barett and he will be glad to help in any way
with queries or information.
